NHS Wales Associate Innovation Fellowship for Healthcare Science

We are delighted to announce a bespoke Associate Innovation Fellowship for Healthcare Scientists in NHS Wales.
 

Do you have lots of ideas for innovation projects, but aren’t sure where to start?

Keen to apply for funding, but don’t have the time or support to work on the application?

Working towards a registration equivalence portfolio, but want to do something different to research?


Funded by Health Education and Improvement Wales, this four-month Associate Innovation Fellowship scheme for Healthcare Scientists in Wales is designed for those who are considering taking on an innovation project soon.

Following successful expressions of interest and interview, Associate Innovation Fellows will be able access the NIHR/Devices for Dignity Healthcare Science Innovation Fellowship learning platform for four months (mid July to mid November 2023).

You will also receive the following:

  • Access to the expert Devices for Dignity team to discuss potential future projects
  • Help with facilitating PPI work for a potential future project
  • Support with developing an application for the 12 month NIHR Healthcare Science Innovation Fellowship
  • Be able to tap into other activities offered by Devices for Dignity and NIHR
  • Bursary to support with time and/or resources during the Associate Fellowship
