Er mwyn cadarnhau rhagoriaeth gyfredol yn safonau o addysg ôl-raddedig darparir gan y Deoniaeth Cymru, mae ein adran Mentrau Newydd yn amcanu datblygu a dosbarthu llawer o fentrau addysg meddygol i gymorth meddygon hyfforddeion yng Nghymru ddarparu eu sgiliau proffesiynol a gwella diogelwch dioddefwyr.

Mae Dr Mark Stacey, Deon Cyswllt ar gyfer Mentrau Newydd, yn arwain yr adran sy’n rheoli portffolio o brosiectiau i ddiffinio a hysbysu strategaeth y Deoniaeth ar gyfer addysg meddygol a deintyddol ôl-raddedig ar draws Cymru.

Mae’r adran yn goruwchwylio pob agwedd o’r prosiectiau o ddatblygiad ac arddeliad, i ddyluniad ymchwil, asesiad o bwysigrwydd strategol, dichonoldeb gweithredol ac ymhlygiadau adnodd, a throsglwyddiad i ymarfer.

Yn ogystal ag archwilio mentrau addysgol newydd, mae’r adran hefyd yn gweithio’n agos gyda Llyfrgellydd y Brifysgol i ddarparu mynediad i’r e-llyfrgell Prifysgol Caerdydd ar gyfer meddygon gradd hyfforddiadol i gyd.

Mae ein uned ymchwil amlddisgyblaeth, CUREMeDE, yn arwain ar werthusiad prosiectiau Mentrau Newydd y Deoniaeth Cymru.
